Position: SAP Security & GRC Functional Lead
Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $55-60/hr
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience, including senior or lead-level experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP roles, authorizations, profiles, and user administration
• SAP Security experience within ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
• Strong hands-on SAP GRC Access Control experience, specifically:
o Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
o Access Request Management (ARM)
o Emergency Access Management (EAM)
• Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, and mitigation controls
• Experience troubleshooting complex SAP security, access, and authorization issues
• Experience leading or providing day-to-day direction to an offshore/distributed SAP Security team
• Ability to partner across SAP functional, technical, and cybersecurity teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Plusses:
• SAP EWM Security experience
• Experience supporting an integrated S/4HANA, ECC, and EWM landscape
• SAP Security or GRC certifications
• SAP GRC Process Control or Risk Management experience
• Previous SAP Security Architect experience
• Previous formal people-management experience
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking an SAP Security & GRC Functional Analyst to support one our of largest clients based in downtown Cleveland. This individual will serve as the primary U.S.-based lead for SAP Security and GRC while providing day-to-day direction to an offshore SAP Security support team.
This person will remain hands-on with SAP Security while overseeing roles, authorizations, user access, security administration, and complex production escalations across the SAP environment. They will lead SAP GRC Access Control activities including access risk analysis, SoD remediation, mitigation controls, access requests, and emergency access management.
The Functional Lead will also be responsible for prioritizing work for the offshore team, reviewing quality, resolving escalated security issues, and partnering with SAP functional, technical, and cybersecurity teams on projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on SAP Security/GRC expertise with the ability to lead an offshore support team and serve as the primary point of accountability for SAP Security in the U.S.
