You will manage projects across digital and traditional channels, working closely with attorneys, firm leadership, internal departments, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. All marketing activities must align with the firm’s business objectives, brand standards, and applicable legal advertising and ethical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the firm’s annual marketing and business development plan.
  • Coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, sponsorships, and advertising.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and return on investment.

  • Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and communications.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies, media partners, and other vendors, including assisting with media-buy negotiations and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Identify and evaluate event, sponsorship, community outreach, and speaking opportunities based on relevance, visibility, cost, and potential business impact.
  • Coordinate firm events and oversee related logistics, promotion, materials, and follow-up.
  • Review the client journey from initial contact through case completion, identify opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives that enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to implement individual and practice-area marketing and business development plans.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and day-to-day assignments while ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader strategic goals.
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with applicable professional standards and legal advertising requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of marketing experience, preferably within legal, financial, healthcare, or other professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media management, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting traditional advertising, events, sponsorships, or community outreach initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using campaign data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and marketing analytics software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, colleagues, and outside vendors.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
  • If you are a creative, results-driven marketing professional who wants to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of our firm.
