Duncan, South Carolina About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Spotter/Driver to support local operations in Duncan, South Carolina. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Pay & Schedule

Pay: $29 per hour

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday

Start time: 5:00 a.m.

Shift length: 10–12 hours Job Details

Route type: Local

Weekend assignment: Spotting for four hours on Saturday and four hours on Sunday

Remaining scheduled shifts: Driving

Equipment: CDL A equipment and yard-switching equipment

Handling: No-touch freight Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes and in the yard

Perform yard-switching and spotting duties

Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and safety standards

Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Meet the physical demands of the role Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license

2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Recent yard-switching experience

Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits
